The Apophis sprite, behavior, and health changed in v.1.12. Prior to this, Apophis was this smaller version that looks much like a more corrupt Badlands Serpent.

As of SVE 1.12.14 this original Apophis sprite is now the sprite for Corrupt Serpent.
